This company is terrible to work. No job security. I found this before joining the company. After completing two rounds of interview, HR collected all documents in the name of process before HR interview. They always interested to interview 15 days notice period employees (like many employers). They will wait for your last working day of previous employer before releasing offer after HR interview. HR also lie by saying interviewed position is on hold to make you desperate. Then they issue some numbers in the email before Offer letter release. They will give small number change comparing with previous employers salary stubs. They will never return back if u negotiate in the email. They will pick up other back up candidates bcoz they are ready to work for less. Also, after the HR interview, they will put you in Client round and Engagement lead round. All are fake and make you desperate to put you in position. This company is worst and it is a body shopping company. If you do not have any job, then you can consider this company otherwise, strict no no to this company....Read More
