If no project first of all why should they hire us by giving false assurance No opportunity for new joiners Sit in bench , nobody cares , nobody responds , simply they will give point of contact but that is waste finally they will call you one day and fire you

Not sure about the duration of the project. I have met many people who have been working for a long time, but I have seen in my project they asked many of my team member to leave the organization. So I would say do not have much opportunities in .NET technology.

Initially it was work from home that's it apart from that no pros of being working here

There is no vision to leadership frankly speaking what they care is how generate maximum cash flow all employee benefits are bogus nothing reaches to employees and people are getting changed to one another project very frequently I have seen people getting changed 7 Times in an year without any reason core reason is cheap politics and lack of quality in managers, please don't opt this firm if you really love your work, managers here are so incapable that they can't understand what is going in the project and they think employees are not working and they do lots of dirty things to make someone feel small in the time of appraisal intentionally they change your managers if they don't have any reason to bring you down, hypocrisy at peak and they give you torture while leaving by simply give unrealistic targets and ask to complete in next 2 minutes believe me guys it has happened, one of the manager asked one of my colleague to implement a critical module from scratch in 2 minutes, there are many instances like this please be mindful before comming here, especially females who are married please don't come I request you I have seen many instances where they intentionally put people who ask meternity leave in performance pipeline and once after they come immediately they will fire, this is the worst thing which has happened I have seen, one of the senior employee resigned because seeing all these things please please think twice before coming to this organisation....Read More

Sorry there is no like working in Altimetrik, whoever has a bad fate will fall into this worst company.

There is a lot to say about this company as disliking it. 1. No Job security. 2. No work culture 3. Team lead and managers are worst at the peak. 4. There are no projects in the company for trending technologies also, but they still hire and put employees in the strategic pool(buffer zone/bench) 5. There are no long-term projects, all projects are just 2 to 3 months, so there is no learning also. 6. In the middle of the project client will close the contract and team members will move to the bench without prior notice about the contract close. 7. HR will be forced to upgrade to random technologies without having the projects. 8. One day HR will suddenly call and force you to either immediately resign or serve 2 month NP and leave the company.
