I had worst experience with altimetrik. I joined as Java FSD , but I got work in only UI development which I don't have any prior experience, but still I learnt my self and was able to deliver. But team lead is worst and not following process at all. Management will treat like school student. I asked HR release from current project and put me in different project , but they asked me to continue in the same project. My heart was not agreed to work with lead even for single day. Immediately put down the paper and quit company. Now I joined in different company. Pls don't join altimetrik. Management is worst. No job security....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
