You will be overloaded with work if you are skilled while other unskilled hired resources will enjoy perks where they will be promoted/appraised with the same % of hike as yours. Jayachandra (manager of RPA team) will give mental torture to only working employees. If consultants will not work he will abuse/ give threats to remove permanent working employees. Useless employees of team are enjoying with less work load & no track of their track. Jayachandra is having ego issue, we have to follow his orders he wants working employees to work 400% than their capacity, HR & management is not doing anything even after multiple complaints. He will torture & pressurize by asking to work on multiple things in parallel or work on weekends or after 6. if we fail to achieve his target he will start abusing. There is work life balance. He will not say single word to useless employees. Useless employees are getting more salaries as well....Read More

It was a very good team when I joined, day by day it became worst, If anyone joining Technical Support Profile, please look for another job, Don't waste ur time here by only resetting password whole day. Nothing to learn and grow. Manger is worst, she only speak speak and speak, I am not sure if she knows what she is saying

Management is not so good, many people resign from the team due to new management, before it was people centric but due to changes from the last year it becomes very difficult to work over there. Salary compensation is not upto the mark.

salary and benefits. company always taking care the employee. what ever the staff needed company always provided what they need. so if i have a chance to work again in this company will grab again the opportunity.

the management in Logistics Warehouse in Riyadh. specially Asick, Shabeer, and Suraj.... they don't care the situation of their staff under them. how many times we escalate to them our situation in our team. but there is no solution from them. if our team did a great job the credit are fort them only. but if we did a mistake they are always blaming us.... if we try to explain to them the issue why we make mistake instead they listen and give any solution. they don't care... they need only are good result... i worked before in restaurant under Alshaya Group also. and my experienced there is different. our worked is under pressured because of the customer but because we are working together as one team and we supporting each other including the high management. the operation working smoothly and organized. but in logistics under in our team we didn't feel the support from our superior.... i am passionate and hardworking, if i have chance to work again in Logistics Alshaya. i wll not under Asick, Shabeer and Suraj.........Read More
