Not at all process oriented, though they have 1200 employees. I liked the team I was working with in SBU3.

No process implemented. Every month delayed salary. Payroll person is very unprofessional, he is the biggest loophole in the company. Management not concerned about employees, nothing in place. Onboarding takes hell of time. No salary on time. No proper communication. No induction. No mail interaction. No employee engagement activities. NOT worth joining this firm until they set the right process and payroll. TAX deductions are too high. No benefits .....Read More

I didn't have less than a 1-star experience with the work culture. No one is going to listen to what you are saying or your suggestions. There is only a 1% chance of getting a good team leader. It's the worst company ever. However, it excels in high and low-level politics. If you are a politician, you are welcome.
