I didn't have less than a 1-star experience with the work culture. No one is going to listen to what you are saying or your suggestions. There is only a 1% chance of getting a good team leader. It's the worst company ever. However, it excels in high and low-level politics. If you are a politician, you are welcome.

Appraisals are good, when you have the talent and right project.

Zero work-life balance specifically if your team lead is working remotely. Also, un-justified leaves will be marked on daily basis under the incompletion of highly demanded experienced task from juniors/freshers, so at the end you wont be getting the in-hand pay what has been decided if you have consumed your allotted leaves.
