Everyone working here is JUST SURVIVING. Some are talented people but many are just the locals who can't even speak proper English. They hire people who are in desperate need of job and make them work for more than 16 hours. Worst work place environment. The management is running a 'private software development shop'. Also, NO ON-SITES!
EVERYTHING. Even their chairs are broken. Second hand desktops. No hygiene. Worst IT projects from all over the globe (and India!).
Experienced psychological and emotional abuse. Stay away from this piece of sh*t company!

This company is very different/weird from a what a normal Corporate cultured company is in a real world . A family managed company with no corporate culture as such. Owners are the ones who call all the shots the way they deem fit. No HR policy exists as such. There is no employee engagement whatsoever, No cafeteria, Payslips are not provided real time. Hard copies of Payslips with multiple stapler pins pierced through folded paper pay slip will be provided after a month and a half passed by after Salary is credited. Salary Payout date is 7th of every month like a manufacturing factory unit follows. Leaves are credited every month on a proportion basis. One earns a leave to spend it. Leaves are sandwiched. If one avails leaves on Friday to Monday it will considered as 4 leaves unlike other corporate companies where the leave is considered only on work week day basis. If an employee couldn't take leaves for long the leaves will get lapsed. Promotions won't happen usually and No letter of Promotion is issued whatsoever in case an employee gets a designation change. Designation change gets reflected only when employee leaves the company. Designation will reflect on relieving letter and employee wouldn't have any proof of from what date or tenure the designation or promotion was effective. All salary hike is added as one item which is incentive irrespective of any number of hikes leading to Incentive component being getting burgeoned on pay slip. Employee will not have any proof to provide to new employer in case Promotion letter or hike and salary Break up letter is asked. In short employee will have only the offer letter when joined as a real proof of evidence of actual salary breakups. Employee will have no proof of increase in salary whatsoever irrespective of how many years you work your fixed salary will be same as Salary on Joining. All else will be considered as Incentive. No hard and strict policy on relieving. 3 months relieving on paper but if there is no much dependency the management can relieve an employee in a week also. During last working day be prepared to get your Personal mobile chats, personal emails, WhatsApp getting checked by the IT team before you get go ahead for relieving procedure. You have to also sign a resignation letter prepared by the Accounts/HR guy mentioning you are leaving the company without any issues as such with the management and you are happy with the company.
