They offer much less pay compared to the market Don't have extra facilities for employees, they only pay the salary. Appraisals are good, when you have the talent and right project.

Zero work-life balance specifically if your team lead is working remotely. Also, un-justified leaves will be marked on daily basis under the incompletion of highly demanded experienced task from juniors/freshers, so at the end you wont be getting the in-hand pay what has been decided if you have consumed your allotted leaves. I didn't have less than a 1-star experience with the work culture. No one is going to listen to what you are saying or your suggestions. There is only a 1% chance of getting a good team leader. It's the worst company ever. However, it excels in high and low-level politics. If you are a politician, you are welcome.
