Not at all process oriented, though they have 1200 employees. I liked the team I was working with in SBU3.

Dislikes

No process implemented. Every month delayed salary. Payroll person is very unprofessional, he is the biggest loophole in the company. Management not concerned about employees, nothing in place. Onboarding takes hell of time. No salary on time. No proper communication. No induction. No mail interaction. No employee engagement activities. I didn't have less than a 1-star experience with the work culture. No one is going to listen to what you are saying or your suggestions. There is only a 1% chance of getting a good team leader. Appraisals are good, when you have the talent and right project.

Zero work-life balance specifically if your team lead is working remotely. Also, un-justified leaves will be marked on daily basis under the incompletion of highly demanded experienced task from juniors/freshers, so at the end you wont be getting the in-hand pay what has been decided if you have consumed your allotted leaves.
