I like to say that in whole allsec technologies work space. I loved that I had chance in SANTHOSH SIR (7010839) TEAM it's a lifetime memorable thing in my life and our manager sir " Srikanth" sir is also a very good and work ethics Person and show empathy to every person in his under control a very well experience in the allsec technologies

Only that breaks time is so little And need a cafe area for the office not for lease and need to be updated for not allowing that mobiles that should be removed

The thing I dislike most about working at Allsec Technologies is the behavior of my Team Leader Akash Varma 7020680. They often use the threat of the 'Zero Tolerance Policy' (ZTP) to blackmail, and they try to establish personal relationships with female employees by promising promotions. The company is good, but this kind of environment creates discomfort and stress in the workplace."

Too much pressure from Tl and managers. Nothing actually works in this company, if your headsets work the systems won't work and vice versa and they expect you to do sales amidst all this. Terrible work-life balance. Poor quality headsets. Your previous day's efforts doesn't matter today. No growth, it's repetitive process, nothingnew to learn. I can sum it up as modern day slave*ry. during interviews they promise incentives, there is no incentives nothing. Very strict timings, tea breaks are not given, they ask for sales before giving breaks. Humble request for Allsec Management to please treat people humanly, we are not slav*es. The Managers don't know to maintain floor decorum and keeps on shouting on the floor. These people promote the torturing the associates, even tough you are unwell they ask you to report to office, if you take your part of leaves every month that is crime and warning letter will b e issued against you if they hate you they target you like anything and for the mistake that is not yours you will be held responsible and they are good at manipulating and make you feel bad even you give better performance than others even you give better, even you give best, no appriciation only depriciation, i worked from 5 years even after giving top even after giving them new ideas these people are blood suckers just dont join...Read More

I worked only two days at Allsec. Within two days, I came across terrible experiences with the manager and colleagues. All have attitude issues. Proper knowledge transfer wasn't given. All employees are working in a lethargic manner. My manager, Sasikumar, talks unethically to female employees. I felt some words were unwelcome. I made a complaint with HR when I said I wanted to resign. The HR head said that she would take the necessary actions, but after two weeks, my team members provided a false statement that I resigned because I got a job at another company. After a month of writing this review, I still haven't gotten any offers from companies. I would suggest that you look for another better company than this one....Read More
