There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.

No night shift allowance No hybrid or wfh No proper cafeteria No IJP, so you will be stuck with same roles and positions for whole tenure. Growth chances are way less (Don't expect) Rotational shifts
