One thing about working at Allied Digital is that you get exposure to multiple projects at the same time. It can be challenging, especially when you're juggling different responsibilities, but it also pushes you to grow faster and develop time management skills. It’s not always easy, but you do end up learning a lot in a short time.

What I dislike about working at Allied Digital is the lack of proper workload planning. Being assigned to multiple projects — sometimes even outside of our domain or scope — affects work-life balance, limits real skill development, and reduces overall job satisfaction. It also creates uncertainty about roles and responsibilities, which sometimes makes job security feel unstable. Salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.

9.5 hrs shift with micro managing 45 mins break Strict about login, logout times No pick and drop provided for night shift No outing or events done for Global project employees. No night shift allowance No hybrid or wfh No proper cafeteria No IJP, so you will be stuck with same roles and positions for whole tenure. Growth chances are way less (Don't expect) Rotational shifts
