Many large customer based branches have only two staffs only. 1 Officer, 1 Clerk, which makes it very difficult to work only with two login ID. As the customer services get hampered due to slow internet speed and shortage of manpower, all big businessmen are shift their CASA accounts to nearby private banks where there is high speed internet connectivity with lots of department based staffs....Read More
