Work life balance here depends upon the location of branch ,if one is posted in Rural area the he/She is free from office by 6 p.m but in Urban location one cannot come home before 8 or 9 p.m . New Digital training system has been introduced from April 2018 Which is very good initiative where one can update his knowledge and clear his doubt whenever he want . Customer Satisfaction is above average ( Compared to other Government sector bank) Which is a good thing Salary is Comparable to Other government bank ( Except SBI , Where one gets Slightly higher salary for same post)...Read More

One Gets mastery over certain if one works on that things gets exposure to it gets proper training but to again learn new things one must again get exposure to that works , here we have a problem if one does not gets exposure to higher level of advance or Loans due to posting bias ,
