On time salary But u will be trapped throughout the month. Only One man rule , father and Son management system, egoistic and treating employees bad & has to work over time &days with no payment. Almost 30 days of work most of the months.

Dislikes

one side decisions, they won't care about the employees. Only work & money that's all. Zero respect toward workers also employee. You will forget that you are an employee in the company. Results in slavery.

I have 7 years of work experience, that won't matter there, only seniors working before you are the decision makers. And chamcha giri incharge, HODs will be considered.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
