Work Details

I use to work as Business development manager at alienhu Pvt LTD company, where I use to handle customers and my team and guiding them with respect to work and even there behavior with customer. Even worked in MIS as team lead

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
