No one recognises juniors over there. We just need to work like donkeys, and all the seniors will get the credit.if your junior there no job security for you next day you go to this office thay might be relieving you without any notice and main part is that company doesn't have any reason to relieve you.The new hr is so full of himself. he thinks that he's going to change this company and make it the next Google or Microsoft.
