No work culture in these days , only harreshment & unnecessary pressure on field workers, illegal weg cuts , Lop, 5 months salary not paid delay in expenses reimbursement, mass transfers to distance places, harreshment through virtual meetings , no DA for VC , FMRAI field case against management illegal activities & unfair practice,now no working culture , no job security , future will not bright in coming days if the policies remain same . Company has to learn fast with respect to other fast growing pharma company in terms of new product launch as well how to take better mileage of existing brands by bringing divisions. Can utilize the market value in better way for example : Distribution channel partners, Excellent relation with customer.
