Hr team is very helpful and cooperative. Company appraisals are fair and they give salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Zero scope for carrier growth, no job security, never had team outing, team meeting. Salary is decent. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign even if you get appraisal there is a bond for a year more. Make sure you don't get a chance to be ina team of any lady. I don't find this company suitable for someone with a growth mindset. Additionally it has too much internal politics and favouritism. Additionally, there is no learning opportunity. You would be stuck in a mundane task.
