Every review is important and we appreciate your time to send in one. <> It is good to know that you have a positive outlook about the organisation you are working with. We also understand that you have a concern about the promotion policies of the organisation. Being a small set-up, we have had a more or less flat structure for most of our processes. Some processes where there was more delineation between roles/responsibilities have a robust promotion plan in place. However, those where the work is more transactional, opportunities are fewer. Over and above this, many a times, it is the attrition at the higher positions that sets triggers for promotions. Hence, lower attrition, though desirable, directly affects the opportunities.
