Toxic work culture, Poor management. They will expect you to work till 03:00 AM in the morning and at the end of the qtr, they will provide the small party to boost moral :) what a joke. If you don't care about physical and mental health, feel free to join this company.

One of the few companies in the world, that are building at the intersection of AI and satellites and are profitable. Engineering & R&D wise, one can find complex problems unseen before, which ultimately helps in pushing the technical capabilities of a person. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
