Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - AiDash made me feel like it was ghost hiring because I got oral confirmation that I cleared all the rounds before going to the Hiring Manager round, which is the final round. But after completing the HM round, the HR told me I was rejected in the penultimate round, which is very surprising.

If I can remember correctly, the penultimate round went well, where the manager ended up asking me how soon I could join and my CTC breakdown (which was weird).

The interview process took more than a month, with a lot of rescheduling from the panel side. Plus, I ended up following the HR a lot, as I know I did well and that reflected the same in every round. Somehow the final result surprised me, which I cannot match with my interview experience.

After 5 rounds in this company, I lost the energy for another interview, honestly.
