The pay package is decent and started with good perks, but lately after the management change things are drastically different. Hybrid work style, pantry has an oven and an empty fridge. The front reception guard is friendly and helpful.

The leadership is weak, with no vision and loaded with personal ego. The fundamentals are off. Layoffs are handled poorly. Zero mentorship, expect 200% delivery from day 01.
