Nothing. Earlier they ware good but not they will just hire and fire in IT department. They don't even think about consequences and how this effects the projects. This was worst experience of my life. Hope you will not fall pry to high salary offering.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
