The work culture was good.But there is no career management from the leads to their Employees.

Team leads are totally worst.They don't support the team members who are below them including Managers and supervisor Iam not pointing out all but specifically for me they are not fit to lead a team.

Poor work life balance , horrible leadership, no leaves, if you take will ask Saturday to compensate. I you admit in hospital or if you married then only you will get leaves without issue. Otherwise, it is too difficult to get leaves. If it leader and above, then company will take you granted, you need to available whenever they want.

Team was horrible, no co ordination , helping tendency ,bad counterparts , didnt help me as I was new to healthcare business, no proper transtion, no SOP documents , when requested for help they didnt hep and suppot,i was with WFM team, and forced to leave the job.
