Career growth opportunities in my department, is not explained clearly even leaders are not letting us know. Top level leaders encourage employees to learn continuously & gain knowledge which is good, but there is no worthy learning platform inside organization.

Politics, an match fixing between the agents and quality people so that quality people not marking error for their friends even though they are low performing people. Quality assurance people doesn't have profession ethics and not knowing how to do quality.

Currently am not working in ags. I worked for 15months my last day was November 2023 but still I did not reviewed my relieving letter yet. Many times I tried to reach HR via call & mail but no response from there end. Not only me also my team members also faced lot of issues. We tried to reach it to HR but we never received positiveresponse from HR worst HR policies. Currently am working in different company they did Background verification they received negative feedback like I din worked in ags. I worked in the ARKM vertical, and here's honest take : -No leaders, only bosses who hold back your progress instead of presenting opportunities. -Workshop and meetings are conducted merely to tick off periodic KRA checkboxes, not for genuine knowledge sharing. -Direct heads and team leads rarely offer meaningful appreciation or feedback. -KRA-related feedback and improvement points are nonexistent yet appraisal ratings are adjusted to suit supervisors preference not the data. -Team lead (PT) and Senior manager (RA) often spin narratives to maintain a fovaorable impressions with higher-ups. - Want Promotions as per ability ? forget courses and upskilling, join the rigid queue system which is manage honestly by senior manager....Read More

Poor work life balance , horrible leadership, no leaves, if you take will ask Saturday to compensate. I you admit in hospital or if you married then only you will get leaves without issue. Otherwise, it is too difficult to get leaves. If it leader and above, then company will take you granted, you need to available whenever they want.

I like AGS Healthcare as a company and its work culture

Team was horrible, no co ordination , helping tendency ,bad counterparts , didnt help me as I was new to healthcare business, no proper transtion, no SOP documents , when requested for help they didnt hep and suppot,i was with WFM team, and forced to leave the job.

No time cap, unrealistic expectations without data research, not providing enough resources to leadership.

Job Security, timely recognition and encouragable leads.

Dislikes

Currently the things not gone good and experienced employees not recognized and got promoted timely manner. Also job security not been active current days. More experienced employees getting discourages and forcing for mutual exit.

Work-Life is good, no pressure at work, easy to work, cab facility are good, office is clean but compact right now, that's the reason they have provided me WFH, management and seniors are good

No welcome gifts and also they won't provide any kind of sweets and gifts for any kind of festival where as other companies at least provide sweet box etc...
