The employees are friendly and understanding here. They provide free meal first day only. The OS is Ubuntu in the Call Centre Computers. Incentive if generated successful lead more than one.

Toxic Boss : Lowers down the motivation and self esteem. Work is only done over bombardment of calls of calls. Strongly Performance Based if made Mistakes then Public Criticism. Strong Timing Based System. If employee even get one min late then marked as half day and it's deducted from salary.
