Initial salary offered was good with the promise of various opportunities along with suitable trainings. However, that was not the case.

* No proper guidance from the the management * Finger pointed at individuals rather than focus on learning and improvements * Very less opportunities to learn and grow * Growth and learning only in documents and not in reality * Employee engagement is poor and needs improvement * Lack of proper communication channel.
