If anyone wants to temporarily join a company just for a few months then you can go for BORN . They are very good at keeping engineers on bench and you can enjoy the free salary for sometimes.

Dislikes

Don't hope to get a good work culture over there. After working for 1 or more year ,sorry not working , after being on bench for 1 year they will ask you to leave the company by giving any random shit that comes to there mind. I am saying this not only from my but many of my colleagues over there, NO one should join born Commerce, worst company ever and no job security at all. Only 5% gets projects , rest all are in bench or in shadow project which you'll not even know. You'll think that you have been given a project but that's actually a shadow one and at the end they'll fire you . And also shoutout to the HR and talent acquisition team of BORN , HR were actually meant to be there for the employees who fight for them to the company but here their behaviour towards employees are ridiculous. There will be no benifits for employees except Salary and Internet connection Reimbursement you will not even get any team lunch or dinner nothing, No good projects and no latest tech stacks you will get here. Even to get your own variable pay you need to compulsory complete one certification every year. HR bunch is waste they won'tcreate any interesting employee connection program. What you can expect is only WORK WORK AND WORK. TOTALLY a booring company to work on. And they got acquired from TechM so it might be gonna even more worst in future. This year hike is getting delayed by 3 months without any Valid reason. Only good thing about the Born is - "The APAC head" for front end team, he supports and back the front team by heart and he keeps motivating and cheering the team like anything.
