There will be no benifits for employees except Salary and Internet connection Reimbursement you will not even get any team lunch or dinner nothing, No good projects and no latest tech stacks you will get here. Even to get your own variable pay you need to compulsory complete one certification every year. HR bunch is waste they won'tcreate any interesting employee connection program. What you can expect is only WORK WORK AND WORK. TOTALLY a booring company to work on. And they got acquired from TechM so it might be gonna even more worst in future. This year hike is getting delayed by 3 months without any Valid reason. Only good thing about the Born is - "The APAC head" for front end team, he supports and back the front team by heart and he keeps motivating and cheering the team like anything.
