If anyone wants to temporarily join a company just for a few months then you can go for BORN . They are very good at keeping engineers on bench and you can enjoy the free salary for sometimes.
Don't hope to get a good work culture over there. After working for 1 or more year ,sorry not working , after being on bench for 1 year they will ask you to leave the company by giving any random shit that comes to there mind. I am saying this not only from my but many of my colleagues over there, NO one should join born Commerce, worst company ever and no job security at all. Only 5% gets projects , rest all are in bench or in shadow project which you'll not even know. You'll think that you have been given a project but that's actually a shadow one and at the end they'll fire you . Oh my god, where do I even start? If you spend enough time in the pre-sales team, you can catch the outright lies. Unfortunately, not to the client, but to the team members. Don't join if you are camera shy. You need to be on video for 1 hour every day in a hapless micromanaged standup call. You can't skip this call ever, even if you are pregnant and need rest, bcos a billion dollar deal would be lost which would otherwise have been won by the pearls of wisdom shared on this call. The advice is to chase knowledge as opposed to money, but tats only for the team members. Senior won't attend to any TechM deal calls bcos there's no commission there. TechM just made a fool of themselves buying a company if there wasn't gonna be any serious presales involvement from that company in TechM deals. Think about that, what a betrayal. What a f of a betrayal that is! There is no purity or truth in words or actions. Seriously, where the f are your ethics? Seniors can hire their incapable cousin - a fresher - in their own team based on their own interview (completely bypassing the f ing rule book on hiring policy) and then wave him off with 1 week notice period whenever he wants to leave while others are forced with 3 months notice. Senior takes more leave in fy2022-23 than the combined leave taken by the entire team of 12 in the same period. After TechM acquisition, I sincerely hope people mend their ways for their own good , because some of these actions and sales kickbacks in a public company will be dealt with in a different way if noticed. This is not the failure of one person but the entire ecosystem such as HR and management who are simply watching what is happening and have absolutely nothing to amend. Hence the story ended with the exit of the entire pre-sales team. Paper after paper, exit after exit, in just a few months. Yet the HR and Management are sitting ducks, doing what - I don't know. It was never about building a team. It was all about money and commissions and boasting that every 1 in 4 websites in the world are touched by born. My foot.
