The company is open to innovation and best work practices adopting technology effectively . I liked the fact that employees are exposed to different verticals and their work culture (Site visits, client interactions, meetings, vendors interactions etc.) . Collaboration with Indian and International clients is another good thing about working here. Dislikes

Compensation can be better, growth is slow too. Work pressure increases around deadlines , but otherwise is normal working hours. Managers do not access and utilize the individual strengths of the team members . Lacks communication and transparency on deadlines, client feedbacks etc. No on job training for freshers or professionals, also hiring can be done better .

I felt very happy after working for 4 years and 10 months in aecom and learned a lot from this project and this company also gave me very good facilities, in this I got salary on time and also gave me medical insurance and anything else. Got to learn

Dislikes

I was not given the time period which was written in the offer letter that you will get a notice period of 30 days and as soon as the project was completed, it was suddenly terminated and I was not given transfer to another project anywhere, due to this I left suddenly. It felt bad to have to go.

HR policies are quite good and implemented on time.

Everything. It is totally depends on your line/team manager. You have to work on weekends also, your line manager can be a real pain. They will keep you under pressure all the time specially for ME projects. No work life balance. Toxic culture & environment specially for ME projects.

Dislikes

Colleagues are not technically super proficient. Promotions and responsibilities are based on years of experience alone, not on skill, knowledge or capabilities. This makes the organisation more bureaucratic like government rather than a private firm.
