I should acknowledge the fact that I learned Payroll Processing with Taxation end to end from this alma mater the flexi work culture has attracted all the associates there. The atmosphere and work culture also grooms the innate leadership qualities from everyone. After coming out of ADP still I am comparing the technology and the work methodology as benchmark standard outside.

I should say that initially in my beginning stages we were compensated decently and not fair in the later stages of my tenure at ADP and the promotion was also sluggish.
