Only taking my BU in consideration, i.e. SBS, It is a pleasure working there. The peers are friendly and they are always step forward to help us out if we are facing any issue. The product is also quite stable as per the market and has a consistent growth over the years. They use a very wide range of tech stake, so there is a lot oflearning opportunities there. They are also incorporating a lot of new modern technologies in their product like pod design and AI. Work culture is also good. Few of the HR policies are hindering good work life balance. There was monthly compliance where the employee has to be in office for 60% of days in month as a hybrid work model is followed. But then weekly compliance was announced. Now, employee has to come 55% of days in a week. For normal scenarios it is nice, but for employees who are coming from far to work at this company, when they want to go back home for festivals or some emergencies, these compliances causes a lot of trouble as now you would have to take a lot of holidays to meet these compliances. You can get WFH but that's not at all easy job. I would say for like 70% cases you won't get the WFH. My only gripe is that these compliances can have few more exceptions and flexibility for certain cases, for more employee ease....Read More

There are disgusting things going on in ADP and complete management is part of it. 80% of girls in ADP holds good position as they do everything asked by the male senior managers.
