Only taking my BU in consideration, i.e. SBS, It is a pleasure working there. The peers are friendly and they are always step forward to help us out if we are facing any issue. The product is also quite stable as per the market and has a consistent growth over the years. They use a very wide range of tech stake, so there is a lot oflearning opportunities there. They are also incorporating a lot of new modern technologies in their product like pod design and AI. Work culture is also good. Few of the HR policies are hindering good work life balance. There was monthly compliance where the employee has to be in office for 60% of days in month as a hybrid work model is followed. But then weekly compliance was announced. Now, employee has to come 55% of days in a week. For normal scenarios it is nice, but for employees who are coming from far to work at this company, when they want to go back home for festivals or some emergencies, these compliances causes a lot of trouble as now you would have to take a lot of holidays to meet these compliances. You can get WFH but that's not at all easy job. I would say for like 70% cases you won't get the WFH. My only gripe is that these compliances can have few more exceptions and flexibility for certain cases, for more employee ease....Read More

Very friendly environment and safe. I liked the activities conducted like yoga, zumba Or anyother (this was before covid) . So with work we have lot of other activities to participate on our intrest like the csr Or annual day .

- ADP uses worst webex for client calls. No way of using teams app. - Outside experienced persons joining ADP can't survive long run. Because middle managers more than 10 plus years will feel and behave like business owners and trample others. - Pathetic leadership especially middle management. If they don't like you then you are targetted though you perform good. They will make you to leave the company by yourself. You will face such a mental harrasement. - Worst free food - Medical insurance reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day...Read More

Company is a global giant, it has a good brand. ADP has a good leadership for a service driven company.

-The growth is too slow, the hikes are usually very low no matter how profitable the company is. -There is no pay parity, you can be paid anything they like..there are no slaray slabs/bands for people working at same level -ADP in India is a very below average pay masters -HR team is almost non existant.. they have no touch points or backbone to address employee -there are 0 perks.. literally 0 perks to work here. Operations don’t want you to grow or leave a process for an IJP if they need you for their process. I have worked here for almost 8 years now and they do say they are women centric but opportunities are only for men as they can contribute more time even a women is doing the same. Also they make sure your package is so high and no one in the market can hire you and you will be stuck with Adp

*This place is filled with stereotypes who are narrow minded. *Especially Retirement Services process, they don't allow people to grow and filled with toxic politics. *They suck your blood with work but pay you peanuts. *They don't have transperancy and whatever you hear about them on social media is just a hype but the reality is something different. *You have long timers alone in this company as fresh talent or external talent is not given an opportunity to innovate or implement theirs ideas. *They don't value talent when you're in the company and even after leaving, when you come back and apply.
