I'm writing this review in perspective of the job role I had while my tenure with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited (ABSLI). Switching to ABSLI was a complete transition for me from UK Pension to Indian Insurance sector in Finance field and I had no knowledge or idea about how the insurance industry operated in the Indian market. A) Job Security: It is of expected level in my opinion given that one's performance is good and has maintained his/her rapport with the line manager just like in any company or organization. B) Work Culture: It is average as interaction among peers & colleagues was really minimum as they all are trying to wrap up their work as soon as they possibly can. The work pressure is so much that everyone works about 10-12 hours of shift daily without extra pay (Operations & my team). C) Man agement: 1) The management here in my experience was very poor as they expect new joiners to deliver expected performance (100% productivity & accuracy) without providing any proper training. No on job training, no mentor - ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! 2) The direct line manager is of no help and is least bothered about the issues faced by their team mates. Most of the time I was redirected to approach someone else for resolving my concerns. 3) The higher management is no better either. They are least concerned about their employees' plummeting morale as for them we are easily replaceable at any time. If by any chance they paid heed to you voicing out your opinions/concerns, they'll take care of it at their own leisurely time and sometimes will even forget about it. D) Company Policies: They have myriad of good company policies which are explained in the induction at an undefined timeline (Mine was done after I spent 7 months at ABSLI) - this should be the very first obligation of an organization to conduct the Induction Program after a new employee is hired. I have quit ABSLI and have mentioned all likes & dislikes in the above field. One thing I couldn't mention was that the actual working days were from Monday to Saturday contrary to the advised working days in the interview from Monday to Friday. HYPOCRISY at it's best.

My role was facing customer's on calls & emails answering their queries and taking care of escalations in the Client Servicing department. I was handling a portion of the business for the clients in West Zone/Region.

Work might get too monotonous after a certain point of time. Salary is quiet less but the job security compensates that part.

So I'm very happy to working with Aditya birla group of company here company environment and all people are very supportive If I talk about HR than HR department is just like wow bcoz they are so much supporting if any employee HV any issue they can direct talk to HR they will revert with very nicely attitude Salary on time I'm learning new new technology like( zoom call ) so we can more advance Month on month training so we can learn what is going on in market So I'm very happy and certified...Read More

Company policies are good ,Teammates are supportive.But need more bussiness support from our coporate partner(HDFC Bank).

The job role is looking after Non branch banking channel/Tele channel.So its bit challenging to contact Bank PB's Over the phone in this lockdown situation as we are not allowed to visit bank floors.And we need more support of our Supervisors to solve it.
