Only good thing for beginners is they got a good time to plan their alternative things and plan to grow themselves as the pressure is low. And no such very hard for a beginner to work with.

1. Management. Puspita Ghosh in kolkata East group sales in Aditya Birla.. just remember the name,is the worst manager I have ever met in my job career. She has no such experience and skills to conduct a team. She treats the team as servents no ethics no such culture and no education. I don't know what the process is that she got promotion for good sake but yes the promotion is good for nothing</mark>. 2. Company promotion system is worse. If you are good in the eyes of the manager you will have good branches and good time and promotion will be there. 3. No work methods and systems. 4. culture is not good and system is very slow. 5. They do not pay you TA but will say to visit your branches every single day. 6. Disclaimer to everyone who are opting to join Aditya Birla group life at Kolkata or east zone.
