My feedback is only and only for ABML - FPD or PTA channel. In this channel, there is strong groupism among the heads, including the HRHead, Channel Head, Compliance Officer and Training Head. there is no appreciation for genuine business efforts. Only those who belong to their select group receive rewards, incentives and recognition<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. In most organizations career growth is based on the business MIS</mark>. However, in this channel, they frequently change the data parameters according to their preferences, ensuring only their selected people qualify for incentives and recognition. When someone begins to expose their manipulative tactics, this group of channel heads smartly funds ways to remove that person from the channel to protect themselves. There is no positive points to say about Aditya Birla Capital . The Worst company I ever worked in my carrier . I would advise strictly for IT employees not to join Aditya Birla Specifically in Chennai Region at any cost . The Manager Mr Ukesh is not the right person under whom the dignified employees can work .

1. The Manager Mr. ukesh Balasubramaniam is a sick person who don't know how to treat his employees , He speaks very friendly until you join , once you join he will isolate you 2. No Growth in the company 3. No freedom , Its like school environment , have to ask permission for work from home , taking leaving in person , if you applying in portal, he will call you and ask you why did you apply instead you have to ask me in person 4. There was other IT manager in the neighbouring team as well, who also works like this , 5. I would advise not to prefer this type of companies for IT employees who has good work life balance in their current office . 6.
