PD team is totally rubbish not caring about the employees fooling around peoples not having proper job boards and ats .

If we have released from Aditi with a genuine medical reason of accident after showing medical papers as well they release the candidate but they give a negative feedback to our current employer very bad they don't speak the truth.

I love their transparency regarding incentive structure through their tool

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Managers doesn't value your work. There is too much of politics around always and no growth for potential or hardworking people, but growth for the people, who knows the art of buttering the managers. Policies are for speaking purposes only and won't get solution after reaching to upper management.
