Work culture is good and there is good plateform provided to the engineer for learning various types of skill in managing the execution work with alot of challenges and work pressure..!

There is no fix duration of appraisal or promotion as mentioned in appointment letter.Due to this, hardworking employee get demotivated and frustrated due to delay in appraisal because he has delivered his 100% effort through out the year. He feels there is no growth in his CTC due to delay in appraisal.As everyone is working hard to get progress in this life.

I have been working for 5 months in Adishwarm and there is nothing that i like about this organization.

Dislikes

The people sitting in office gets more credit than the site engineers who work 7 days a week 12 hours a day for this company But in the end the company never recognises the true employees of the company through which they are getting their fame and nee projects.
