This company had good training sessions which always makes Adani to stood 1st in the country, HR department was not good enough to understand problem of technical department

During emergency and COH and AOH we need to work 12-15 hours it's not big problem but lack of trust by higher authority.bonus is provided by the worker salary

Nice culture. Seniors are motivating. Adherent to policies.salaries always on time. Spends money on your training.

Group is so big, HR is not able to understand the employees. Employee benefits are reducing day by day. A mechanical engineer is just any other engineer in their eye. No employee recognition.
