One of the best company in the sector. There is a great learning opportunity for anyone who is interested in the core sector. Learning comes with the time you spend on the field with workers and field engineers. I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.

Dislikes

Working conditions are hard. Job comes with a lots of risks. Nature of work can vary from a simple everyday job to that of hazardous nature. Post resignation, company policies are not employee friendly. Pay scale is less.

I feel proud to be an Employee of this company. Good place to Work and Excellent working culture but not for a long time.Immediate Bosses Will always play During Annual Appraisal along with Department HOD.Please Management look after this one....:-)
