Poor company culture, Stressful life, Toxic company culture, HR are very rude for employees, Mental stress are there, Threatened at every moment for termination, No work life balance, Only work and work 24X7 - You have to work from home also after duty hours you have to available every time on call. No facilities for shift duty employees - Treatment is very poor. Lot of rules and regulations where resources are very less afterwards pressure from management. Torture from HODs, Freedomless setup - No complaint plateform for personal issues. Everyone treats as slave in this group....Read More

The work culture here in Adani group is not for maintaining work life balance. No employee welfare culture is here. As far as learning is concerned it is a great organisation. Pay is very less compare to the input you give.
