In any situation for Adani, giving salary to the employee on the last day of month is first priority. Job security is the best thing I like about. They have less office politics. When I come to teammates, i am so lucky to start my career with them. Exposure provied by them has developed me to another level.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very less. However they are trying to improve that. For big opportunities and exposure, you have to wait and spend many years in the company.

Work Details

Hectic for sure. But as i mentioned I have got amazing exposure where I can developed myself to amother level. I have work on three different profile parallely which has given me very comprehensive knowledge of our job-prolife.
