Adani group one of biggest company in india. Except this there is nothing to like. They will hire for good location and after 6 months transfer you to remote locations. This practice is common in the group. You can't say NO. The working culture is very heptic. Only local can survive here. Politics is very high.

Everything. No growth, knowledge, promotion. Just working like a slave.

There is nothing to like about this group. They just make you a slave, and by paying they expect work triple the amount, deducting you perks and other benefits such as TA, DA etc. With no scope of growth and learning you never want to work here until, you don't have other option, or are not qualified for other options.

In earlier years there was good working culture developed by Senior leaders mostly from NTPC or PSUs. But most have retired and also some have left the organisation. A hell lot of politics. If you can please your manager then only you’ll get promotion and appraisals. Very low increment. HR first promote themselves then look for other departments promotions.

Salary on time, Company is good, but HOD are only after money.

Dislikes

Top management decesion making Not able to handle the HOD. Politics at site. Cunning HOD only want to earn from vendor. Favartisim at site. Not clear with the role and responsibilities. HOD only forwarding assignment and only want to be in limelight. They don't want their juniors that they learn or Mingle with other departments staff.
