I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. They not given salary, verest flant head, he don't know how lead team and how manufacturing the products( he have about 25 year production department but he doesn't know abcd of manufacturing), always wrong guidence give management but they are believed blindly, because of him about 100 of the families suffering do to salary issues. Site head is a highest igoiste pellow in the world, he is easily divert his mistakes to other account, he don't have leadership qualities, because of him please is last 9 months not getting salary.
