Work Environment is worst, Its worst than a school. Its exactly like HM is sitting in a cabin and we all are students.We need to fallow whatever they say. Break during office hours are not allowed. Email is sent immediately if we spend more than 5 min in pantry.They expect us to work even when we are mot well. they suggest us to take tablet and work which is disgusting. If we are taking a leave, they query a lot about it. They create lot of trouble when employee resigns. Its like hell. They treat employee as machine. Advice: Please treat employee well and have concern when not feeling well....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
