Everything. Horrendus, is horrified by the most horrible company I have ever worked for. - No job security - If they feel that something is fishy in terms that employees will gather & make plans against the directors, they will immediately terminate. They don't even ask for any notice. On spot termination - 3 directors once used to work with one of the renowned BPO/KPOs in Ahmedabad. They had done numerous scams related to work, stole their clients & now are stating to the entire world that these clients are their genuine clients haha haha... - They have personal relations with the employees be they male or female... however, if the employees have to like towards one another then they consider it as a breach of conduct in the company A lot of people have seen & have noticed the directors going for dates & for other stuff with the lady employees of this company - Heights of stingyness. Can't even afford to get the login of Naukri & LinkedIn. But want to hire the best top talent in the city.. what a joke. I'm working here since 3 years. My overall experience is very bad from the last few months. Work life balance is zero here. 24*7 you need to work. Salary not up to the mark. They do not need a hard working person, who will works for them, they need some a** licking employee who will only do his work in lesser salary. Very bad culture of the company.
