Salary increment process is terrible they do increament not on how much you have improved from last year but they do on the basis of how mistake you have done and they also interfere in your personal life like what you do before and after working hours and give lecture on what to do

...d if you want to create career in Content Writing, then I suggest just don't go. Don't select offer even if they offer a share in their company and offer mammoth salary. Content writing is creative art and there you just have to write manual response of survey question. They are not even ask content writers what they want. Their content head are not even care of the content team. And one more thing, their revenue is in billions. But they treat their writer as they are blue color worker who build buildings. If you give a suggestion or feedback, they their famous line is "we are working on it". And then the Tamasha continuous.

Horrendus, is horrified by the most horrible company I have ever worked for. - No job security - If they feel that something is fishy in terms that employees will gather & make plans against the directors, they will immediately terminate. They don't even ask for any notice. On spot termination - 3 directors once used to work with one of the renowned BPO/KPOs in Ahmedabad. They had done numerous scams related to work, stole their clients & now are stating to the entire world that these clients are their genuine clients haha haha... - They have personal relations with the employees be they male or female... however, if the employees have to like towards one another then they consider it as a breach of conduct in the company A lot of people have seen & have noticed the directors going for dates & for other stuff with the lady employees of this company - Heights of stingyness. Can't even afford to get the login of Naukri & LinkedIn. But want to hire the best top talent in the city.. what a joke. I would only say if you want to ruin your career in terms of everything, please join this company.

...from the last few months. Work life balance is zero here. 24*7 you need to work. Salary not up to the mark. They do not need a hard working person, who will works for them, they need some a** licking employee who will only do his work in lesser salary. Very bad culture of the company. There is no job security in this company. They can terminate you whenever they want. Work satisfaction=No.

I had the pleasure of working with ActionEdge Research Services LLP for 1.5 years and it was an amazing experience. The company culture is open and welcoming, and the team members to name few, Shardul Gandhi, Gaurav Rawat, Shivam Yadav and others are highly professional and helpful. 3Ds (Director's) have great processes in place to ensure everything runs smoothly, while also giving each team member freedom to come up with ideas. Nisarg who is the Founder of the company is very helpful and I will be very grateful to him for the opportunity. Definitely, I would recommend ActionEdge if you're looking for a good company to work with!

The office is very old and has less space. But, I heard that they will be moving to the latest office soon!
