Once project completed , they treats like a hell. demotivates like anything. if you are fully confident person after few months your are turned fear guy , I was non billable for sometime , they put it in PIP as a senior person they put it in PIP, That too some new topics i am not able to complete within a month. horrible place i have worked and they firing you. The learning part is what I like till now

Everything went well till last year and after the incorporation with the US team its a disaster. Many employees were laid off without proper reasons. The new HR leader says employers need not to listen to employees concern at a employee connect itself And too he wants the employees to work 5 days from office itself as he worked like that 10 years ago

The business development manager for Bangalore is useless , he is never interact with the engineer and will never recieve call from the engineer if he needs any help/support from the Actalent and never ever had one-on-one interaction, he is just a lazy

EASi culture gone after merging with USA office then downsizing started. Practice head, senior managers wants only billing and never bothered about employees career growth Even APM, program managers here not allowed to play their roles rather they also executing deliverables and forced to show billing Leadership team always wants tosave close one to them by reshuffling the org structure now and then Micromanagement, threatening without options,forced to work in different domain to initate PIM, etc Overall not a safe place...Read More
