carrer growth zero frequent relocation will be there salary will vary after Hr interview almost 80 percent of managers are dumb they are not upgraded with cuurent scenarios including L&D, CAD mangaers ,cae managers, senior HR and assistant HR, finance and lms teams are good apart from them remaining all will butter the top level us people and they will enjoy worst experience almost 7 years in that company i have worked . evryone is dumb in management side . HR never support employess they will stand only with project managers side . Everything went well till last year and after the incorporation with the US team its a disaster. Many employees were laid off without proper reasons. The new HR leader says employers need not to listen to employees concern at a employee connect itself And too he wants the employees to work 5 days from office itself as he worked like that 10 years ago
