Support from leaders..learnings and way how work is taught to freshers. Hierarchy wise alot could be improved.

I think alot of people geg skip and early promotions due to which alot of mismanagement micromanagement is there followed by limited growth opportunities. Some process really do need change, if set of processs is used it would be best.

Once you get deployed to the project, nobody will get in touch with you until and unless if there is an escalation on you. Recruiters from Ascendion will ask us to abscond and join in their organisation which is very bad and creating a dual employment issues for the candidate

I don't deslike anything in particular, it is just that I got placed in Vadodara location so my experience with the city is not good, has been facing serious accommodation issue due to my religious background, the company should have provided accommodation and cab facility to its employees.

Company does not follow it's own policies. Talks about providing shift allowance then declines shift allowance. Has a payroll and hr team which does not respond to any basic queries. Gives 1% salary hikes to best employees.

I was working permanently work from home. Overall company culture and salary also good.

No Work Life balance. Employee need to expand their work hours and do work on weekends as well. Every time work pressure is there(It depends on Project also).
